Return And Exchange

  1. Return & Replacement is allowed within 15 days from date of purchase along with original invoice. The returned product should be new & in its original condition along with original packing materials, complete accessories, unused/sealed & should be in resaleable condition.
  2. Customer is responsible to obtain technical report from Agents workshop clearly mentioning the manufacturing defect in case the item is found defective within the 1st 15 days from date of invoice for Return/Replacement.
  3. Refund method would be same as the payment method used by customer at the time of purchase, credit card refunds can take up to 15 working days of bank to refund amount back to customers account.
  4. Return or replacement will be rejected in case if customer has signed the invoice upon his approval and agreement to purchase the device in (AS-IS/used) condition with missing parts or damaged condition.
  5. The Delivery fees will not be refunded to the customer in the event of returning or exchanging the product in the showroom.
  6. In the unlikely event that your product is reported to be defective within two (2) days from the invoice date, you can submit a request to return the product that must be in its original packing with full set of accessories and manuals included.
  7. We do not accept return of products which have scratches, damaged as a result of misuse, or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection. At our sole discretion, we may consider returns that do not satisfy the above criteria.
  8. If the product is faulty, damaged, or does not conform to specifications, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair.
  9. Lost products during delivery are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Registration includes Your Information that you provide us on our website in order to deal with us, and for us also to contact you. Ordering & Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree to pay the total purchase price, taxes, and shipping fees.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

The Free Delivery Service is not available for the following areas:

Courier & Supplier-Delivered Products

  1. If your product was delivered by courier, we can arrange a return collection. Contact 55876037 to schedule pickup. Ensure the product is well-packaged.
  2. For large products delivered by suppliers, please call 55876037. The supplier will coordinate a suitable collection date.
  3. Electrical & electronic products can be returned only if defective within 14 days. Returns are not accepted for the following items unless defective:
  4. MP3/MP4 players, digital cameras, photo frames, camcorders
  5. Hard drives, USB devices, software, CDs, DVDs, cartridges
  6. Laptops, desktops, tablets, netbooks, gaming consoles
  7. Hygienic items (e.g., hair care, dental products)
  8. Smartphones, mobile devices

Courier Returns & Delivery Charges

  1. Returns for faulty or defective items are free of charge.
  2. Returns for non-faulty items are not accepted unless they fail to meet specifications.
  3. If you return all items in your order due to a faulty product, we will refund the delivery charge in full.
  4. If only part of the order is returned, or if the return is after 14 days, delivery charges will not be refunded, and additional return fees may apply.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:
